Odour Removal Question from Peter sellars

Submitted on 21/09/2009

I have recently acquired this car which is inexcellent condition with the exception that the previous owner smoked Cigars in the car. Hence there is a very strong smell which I have not been able to eradicate with normal wiping /cleaning. The interior is predominantly Leather but I suspect the smell is in all the vents...airways etc. Can you solve this problem? How mcu will it cost>>>>as I live in central London can I make an appointment ...bring the car and wait to collect it. Thanks Peter Model: Ferrari 456M

Cigar odour is not the easiest of odours to remove, in fact we have a very good track record on removing the smell of the ash and nicotine. And yes the ventilation will be one of the places that will need to be treated. We have a ninety percent chance of getting rid of that problem the first time. I would suggest we fog the car and treat it with our ozone machine as well as cleaning all surfaces with a special odour removal product.
