Dent Removal Question from Richard Short

Please can you let me know if you got the mail and photos or what address I should send them to if you didn't. Thanks. ____ Hi I have the following things I'd like to take care of on my car 1) Two very small and shallow dents below the door handle on the drivers side. Caused by a shopping trolley being pushed into the door. See photos 1 and 2. It is very hard to see both dents, one is just about visible in the photos. See photos 1 and 2. 2) A couple of larger but again very shallow dents across the tailgate (I'm guessing where the previous owner closed the boot too hard). Again very difficult to see. These are low priority - I didn't even realise they were there until I took the car for an estimate at a body shop and they pointed them out. See photo 3. 3) A dent in the wheel arch on the rear near side (in the plastic - i.e. really part of the rear bumper. See photos 4 and 5. 4) A small shallow dent on the wheel arch of the rear near side (in the metal, not the plastic). See photos 9 and 10. 5) Scrapes on the offside front bumper, that someone has tried to touch up (badly). See photos 6 and 7. The car is a 56 Audi A4 Avant S-Line. Could you please quote for each of the above as if too expensive I may prioritise. I live in South East London though so it's a bit of a hike to get to you so would like to be fairly sure about costs and results if I come. I have had a local bodyshop take a look who seem pretty good and competitive, but I was very impressed by your website so am interested to understand what the cost would be.
