Dent Removal Question from Michael Avis

Submitted on 13/08/2010

I managed to put a small dent in the roof and front passenger door of my black R32 whilst attempting to get a kayak off the roof rack. Both dents are small (10p sized) but very annoying. Your view on the type of repair and cost to put these right would be great. I am in Maidenhead, Berkshire, so about 80 miles away. Model: VW Golf Mk 5 R32

Both dents look tricky, in as much as their position.

They look easy to do if the access is good.

My suggestion is to have a read of this page, reading the part about finding a good dent removal company in your area. If you do find one, then be prepared to accept that they make not be able to be done.  Put it this way you will be very luck to get them both done.

If you can't find a good company that your confident with, then make the trip to us and then if im right and the access is difficult, then you can always go on to Kraftwork where you can get a quote. Then if you wanted to go for  Midi you could, or you could compare with a company nearer to you. Here's our number if you want to call us in the morning from 8am  our dent man is in but not all day.
