Dent Removal Question from Hannah
Submitted on 16/08/2010
my boyfriend went to pick a sofa for me in his brand transit van which was only quarter panelled and in transit it fell and has put a little dent on the panel and it is is it possible to remove this without damaging the paintwork and roughly how much would it cost as he has only had the van for 4 days and feel quite guilty as you know what men are like over there cars We are based in north london Look forward to hering from you Hannah Model: Ford Transit
If you could load us some pictures I maybe able to help. Vans can be difficult because the panels are sometimes very difficult to do because you need to get both sides of the panel at the same time and on certain parts of the van, unless you have very long arms or very good eye sight, then you just can't get both sides of the dent in order to see what your leaver is doing, if that makes sense.
Some times the outward dents can be taped down, but the whole process relies on getting both sides.
