Leather Restoration Question from David Gain

This tear is in the inner corner of the left rear passenger seat. The back seats don't get a lot of use so I'm more interested in making it asthletically pleasing than super durable. Model: Lexus IS200 Sport

I would think a good car trimmer could put you a new piece of leather in that seat to replace the riped piece. It look like an easy job as the rear base is usually the easiest seat to remove, plus because its so small and black, it should be easy to match. I would hope to think that most trimmers would have an off cut for that job.

I would have thought an hour or two would do the job.
