You maybe able to make a big improvement on it yourself. We wouldn't normally make a suggestion like that, but Paintless Dent Removal is just not going to work on that dent and the alternative would be to take it to a body shop which would be at least £300- £400, it could even me a lot more if the panel needs replacing.
My suggestion is to remove the inner plastic inside the car and see what you can get to. Then if you can get your hand in there, just push the dent using your palm. Start from the outside and then work your way round the edge of the dent like a spiral.
If you can't do it, or your not confident, then take it to a good body shop and ask them if they could charge you say half an hours labour to see if they can get it say fifty to sixty percent better.
You could get a touch up paint and touch up that scratch on the edge, as its black it won't look too bad. You may want to read this article.
Or lastly read the how to get the best from the autotrader which will help you find a good body shop in your area. You will find a link to it at the bottom of this page.
