Detailing Question from Bryan Baker

Submitted on 16/12/2010

Hi, I own a Dax Rush ex factory showcar in black gelcoat (not painted). Dax are generally considered to be one of the best kit suppliers for the quality and thickness of their panels and even unpainted it has a good gloss. I'm trying to find out what products/ services would be best for my car to give it the best finish for high gloss and beading. Have used Meguirs in past. Any suggestions? I am near Cambridge Thanks Model: Dax Rush (7 replica)

You are going to change a lot of things.

The only thing is that it would take a little time to tell you want to use and how.

Just going out on our Christmas party.

So will come back to this.

In the mean time, can you let me know if you have the very old cellulose or the more modern two pack paint on it.
