Smart Repairs Question from Amanda Legg

Submitted on 28/07/2008

Just bought the car second-hand, and the dashboard and glovebox have scuffs from kids shoes etc. What product can I use that won't destroy the grain of the plastic, and won't shine up the matt surface? Thanks. Model: People carrier

If it's those black marks you sometimes get, then I'd recommend Magic Sponge by JML.
It is very lightly abrasive, so I can't guarantee that it will have no effect on the surface, but it's safe enough to use on leather if you rub gently, so you should be okay.
