Paint Sealants Question from Steve Baird
Submitted on 13/08/2008
I am picking up a new car in September, a black one. The dealer has tried hard to sell me a-glaze, but no thank-you, prefer to get professionals to do the job. Reading forums and web sites I am confused and wonder if you can help me: I am torn between DiamondBrite and LifeShine. DiamondBrite seems to be one of the better known sealants, LifeShine on the other hand has a long warranty and I don’t mind polishing the car. I am ideally looking for a durable protection as I travel over 30,00 pa mainly on motorways. I have always used AutoGylm in the past and been happy – clearly never used DiamondBrtite. With my use of the car and colour, what would you recommend? Second, as September is a new reg, what sort of notice would I need to give to book my car in for either sealant? Thanks Steve Model: BMW 3 Series
