Dent Removal Question from Paul Price

Submitted on 14/06/2011

Hi, I've attached a photo of my C4 with a largish dent in the rear quarter panel. Surprisingly nothing has actually touched the panel but the car went over an over-sized french curb which scrapped the under-sil (you can see this is bent too) and somehow messed up the quarter panel and ripped the plastic trim off. I think the sil will need replacing but as far as the quarter panel goes, can you work your magic? I would of though it's relatively easy because it's a "nice" dent (if there's such a thing!) and there's no paintwork damage to the panel itself. Thanks, Paul (Nottingham). that looks like a very tricky dent to do, I would suggest that you have about a 20% chance of painless dent removal being the solution to your problem. I would suggest you have a read of this page. That should help you find a good dent removal company in your area. It might be worth you travelling to them. If you ask them if charge for an opinion. If the answer is I'm afraid it's a no-go, then I would suggest you have a read of this page, which should give you the idea.
Then if you scroll down to the bottom of this page or on now you should find the auto trader article. Good luck
