Dent Removal Question from Ian

Submitted on 01/07/2011

Hi, some idiot has opened their door against the passenger side of my vehicle leaving a small dent about the size of a 10p piece and with paint scratch in the middle of the dent. Can you advise if this could be repaired using a SMART repair and as indication of cost please (the car is metallic silver) along with how long the repair would take? Model: Mercedes C220

I'm afraid the chip can only be touched in or the whole door will need to be resprayed. I think we have a very good chance of removing the dent using Paintless Dent Removal, but you would still be left with a chip thats been touched in. If you are going to go for the body shop route, then they would take care of the dent at the same time. Have a read of this page, then this video.  If it was me I would suggest you have the dent removed it it can be done, then the chip touch in and then see what it looks like. We offer a thirty day money back guarantee. This means that if you aren't happy with the results, you can still go for the body shop option with out loosing the money you have spent. Have a read of our money back guarantee. If you want to call us with your question number and we will explain.
