Dent Removal Question from anthony hack

can you do anything about the dent left by a car door. please see attached picture Model: mg tf 2003
As I have told several people today... dents on the rear quarter are notoriously difficult to get to because these panels tend to be double skinned.
If we can get to it, I think we can do that one. but I do think it would be difficult to get to via the normal means. If not, there is one thing that can be done with these, which is to punch a hole into the second skin or an unseen area. The hole is made-good afterwards, resealed so it is waterproof and rust-proof, but it's not an ideal situation and we never do it as a matter of course -- we would ask your permission first.
