Dent Removal Question from Rob

Submitted on 18/03/2013

NSR door has a 3 inch long faint crease at the top of the door, paint is undamaged, not a deep crease but still notices. Have no idea how it got there, as only bought the car the wet so did not see it, was a lease car. Will also need the interior valeted, as the head lining has pen marks around the drivers sun visor, the car has been used by a smoker. I am located in Hornchurch, but wont mind coming down for the day if both jobs can be done. Price Please Model: 2012 Ford Focus

Hi Rob

Thank you for your question

Re the dent on the passenger rear, it could be a little tricky. Often creases prove difficult to remove because of the small massaging movements that are used in paintless dent removal.

90% of the time car park dings are straight forward because of the circular characteristics. I still think yours is worth trying, we work using a money back guarantee approach, so if the 80% improvement we expect is not made we would not charge & if your not satisfied and want to use a bodyshop we refund the money, as long as its within a month of the date of repair. The pen marks on the headline should disappear using some solvent on a clean cloth.
