Modern Car Restoration Question from Nick Linney

Submitted on 16/12/2015

Hi My enquiry is about the best way to resolve a number of issues with my car and the best way / most cost effective way of going about it. 1) My convertible roof could do with cleaning / protecting. FYI - There is a tiny bit of mould on one edge but is generally in good condition with no leaks. 2) The drivers seat has some wear and tear damage. It has discoloured on the side bolster and the stitching has started to come away. I have attached pictures of this. 3) The car could do with a good valet. In particular this would need to include an engine bay clean as I previously had an oil leak and although this has been fixed there is still some residual oil that needs to be cleaned off. Many thanks Nick PS I live in Chelmsford in the Old Moulsham area Model: 2001 BMW E46 330CI Convertible
