Detailing Question from Ella Matheron

Hi, My beetle was in with you for a valet and a pre sales repair last Saturday (15th) and on photographing the car the next day I noticed this mark on the rear passenger bumper (this was the area corrected by your team last week). I drove the car straight home and it was garaged until I took it out on Sunday to photograph it for sale. I did not notice it when I came to collect and am sure that I or the team would have noticed it as the whole car was inspected. It looks just like the marks that were on there when it came in so I not sure quite what it is or where it has come from....I don't want to touch it too much but when I did run my finger over it (it has just started to rain so was a bit wet) some white did come away. Can you help please?!! I am so delighted with the work done and the removal of the other marks that it would be a shame not to correct this as you can notice it.
