Detailing Question from A.J. Smith

Submitted on 20/01/2009

Hi, Would it be possible to have the Supaguard fabric and stain protection on my car? I like to wax my own car so don't need the paint protection stuff, but the seats look stained. Can you give me a price? By the way, my car is 2 years old. Thanks A.J.Smith - Westcliff, Essex. Model: Mercedes C Class

I'm going to file this under car valeting because I'm afraid we can't split open supaguard kits and use bits of them, but we do have alternative fabric protectors... they are all much alike.

We would still recommend having a full paint sealant package even if you do like to wax your own car, but if you really don't want it, then we would recommend that you get your car in to us. As your car is a couple of years old, we would recommend getting it valeted, and probably shampooing the seats and drying them so that the water marks don't come back... no doubt this is why you are asking us about this... they are problem seats as you have probably found. We can then apply a fabric protector which means that you can do a pretty good clean in future with just a damp cloth.

I hope that helps. If you want to get it done, use the contact menu and select 'Car Valeting'. One of our chaps will ask a few more questions and quote you a price.
