Dent Removal Question from John Head

Submitted on 14/05/2009

Upminster Essex. Something fell onto rear of boot lid, Minor scratch but appears not through paintwork. Actual depression in metal is small, only half inch, on upper surface of bootlid adjacent to back edge. Hope you can help! Model: BMW3 Series

Both your dent and the scratch are maybe/maybe not.

I would suggest you bring it to us when our dent man is doing other dents (hes here all morning tomorrow sat 15th may) (we call it biggy back)  then we can tell you if we think we can do the scratch,  then he can try doing the dent. If he can do it, then we can then do the scratch. If you understand that theres no point in paying to do the dent then we cant do the scratch. And vise versa. We can usually tell what we can do with the scratch by just looking at it, wheres the dent, our man will need to try (if you take us up on the 805% better or more improvement offer). We also do a money back Guarantee

Then if say the worsted happened and one or the other couldn't be done, then theres a very good bodyshop thats reasonable just seven miles from here, so you could go and get a quote from them.

Kind Regards
