We have a six stage polishing system which can make headlights like new again. We sand back the oxidized plastic and then polish it all the way back till it's clear.

The plastic lenses on some headlights can oxidize as they react with the air, which causes a cloudiness, they can also absorb environmental contaminants which cause them to yellow. Harsh soaps at car washes can also cause them damage, but whatever the cause, this prevents light getting through and reduces night-time visibility and can cause an MOT failure.

Manufacturers don't normally sell the replacement lens and buying the entire headlight unit can be very costly so having your headlights repolished can be a very cost-effective way to solve the problem.
