Midi Repair Question from marshall

Location: North Sheen/Kew Borders(Richmond Upon Thames) Hi there, There does not appear to be any damage to the actual plastic anywhere. Therefore it is just the paint that has been rubbed and scabbed off in the areas in the photo. Look forward to your appreciated quote. Forgot to ask: Do you use solvent 2pack paint or acrylic? Will you rub down, prime, match, blend and bake? Ample free parking available too. Regards Marshall Model: vw touran

I was going to recommend Smart Repair for this until I noticed it was a Touran, which is a big vehicle, meaning this is a big area to repaint. I think that a Midi-repair is your best option for this as that whole quarter of the bumper needs repainting. This is really the only way to get a good finish on an area this size.

Kraftwork is the company we recommend for this kind of work, we think their price would be around £175  -£250+vat. They would use acrylic paint and rub down, prime, match blend and bake. It is the blend that causes it to be such a large area to paint and thus unsuitable for smart repair.
