This is something we've done for many years and we're very good at it. If you've got water in the footwell or the boot -- those are the main places -- it can be a real nightmare. The best approach is to check the car over first, then call your lease company, and decide from there -- rather than hand it back and get a bill for something you didn't even know was there.
