Dent Removal Question from Gary Southcott

Submitted on 23/05/2014

Would you be able to remove the dent on the bonnet. The underneath is double skinned but there is access holes in the second skin. I understand that the scratch will be difficult to do due to it being so deep but to be honest I want the dent out as thats bugging me the most and anything you can do with the scratch would be a bonus. Thanks in advance Gary Model: Bmw 320i Saloon E90

Gary. I think there is a very good chance that our dent man could do something with that. And yes you are right the holes can be useful in the second panel. However I would not recommend you go about it this way. I would suggest that you go and see kraftwork and see what it would cost to do the whole thing properly. The bonnet would need to be completely re-sprayed. This way the dent and scratch could be repaired and you would forget all about it. The scratch could only be touched in and with a silver colour like this would just not look very good. The overall improvement to your bonnet would only be at best 30%. I hope this helps.
