Dent Removal Question from Kam

someone has whacked their door into my drivers side door and it looks awful. I will need to get this dent removed. before I go to my local garage, I wanted to check you guys out. there is also a small stone dent on the rear left wing which looks like it was created by a stone at high speed. I am based in woodford green, Essex. Model: bmw 4 series
