Dent Removal Question from Matthew Gillham
Submitted on 15/03/2009
I have a small dent just below the rear back window on the side of my car, the dent is in a funny place so I was wondering if this would be able to be removed? I have uploaded two photos; I think it’s called the swage line where the dent is but im not sure. I am located at Truro, Cornwall. Model: Renault Clio 197
Your dent is an easy dent to remove if our man can get to it.
The difficult part of paintless dent removal is getting to the back to manipulate it out. One in say twenty can have something in the way, like a locking mechanism or a window winding unit or something.
Don't worry about it, you wont be able to tell, its a lottery, some you win and some you loose, well not loose if we are doing it,(we don't charge if we try but cant reach it) but you just don't win, in other words you ether have to live with it, or pay the price to have it resprayed.
Because you are such a long way from us, i would suggest you try this article.
