How can I tell if my ceramic coating is working?
If your ceramic coating is working, you will get all the benefits we have promised you. The water will bead up and roll off, your car will stay cleaner for longer, you will have to clean it less often and cleaning will be easy. If it doesn't do these things, then there is something wrong, either the coating wasn't applied properly and has come off, or was never applied in the first place.
Here at New Again, it is not a problem we have ever had. We have not had a single customer come back to us with a problem with any kind of protective coating, and we assume the same is true for the vast majority of application centres. However, we have had customers who have brought cars to us who had a coating applied elsewhere (usually at a dealership). Often the problem seems to be the coating was never applied.
