Are you accredited?

Quick answer: Yes - we are accredited to apply Matrix, Fireball, SiRamik and Cartec professional ceramic coatings and follow the manufacturer’s approved processes.

We are indeed. We were one of the first companies to receive accreditation from Autosmart for the Matrix range of products. Although we have in-house training, we send our technicians on their training courses, not least because it's sometimes nice to get out of the workshop, meet others in the industry and share experiences. So our staff are individually accredited by Autosmart.

As a company, we are also accredited by SiRamik, and accredited to apply Fireball products and Cartec Ceramic Guard SiCarbon+.

Over the last 20 years, we have worked with and been accredited by several other manufacturers, as we were an early adopter of ceramic coatings.  We have, and still do, work closely with several companies to test and help develop their products.

What this question is really about

This question is usually about reassurance. People want to know whether accreditation means higher standards, better training, or more reliable results.

What accreditation typically means

  • The installer has been approved by a manufacturer or distributor.
  • They may have completed product-specific training.
  • They are authorised to purchase and apply certain coatings.

What accreditation does not automatically guarantee

  • Superior paint correction skills.
  • Consistent preparation standards.
  • Long-term business stability.

Why it still matters

Accreditation provides access to technical support, updated training and controlled supply chains. That can contribute to consistency when combined with strong workshop standards.

What matters more than a certificate

  • Transparent explanation of process.
  • Demonstrable before-and-after results.
  • A controlled working environment.

The balanced view

Accreditation can be positive, but it is not a shortcut to quality. The overall standards of the installer remain the decisive factor.

What you should ask next

Does accreditation mean better results?

Not automatically. It indicates approval to use a system, but preparation skill and working standards determine the final outcome.

Are all professional coatings restricted to accredited installers?

Many are supplied through authorised networks, though availability varies by brand and distributor.

Is training more important than brand approval?

Training and consistent process standards usually influence results more than brand status alone.

Should I ask to see accreditation proof?

If accreditation is being promoted as a benefit, it is reasonable to ask what it involves and how it supports quality.
