What is an independent lease inspection?
Technically speaking, most lease inspections are independent as most lease inspectors are subcontractors and contract for multiple lease companies.
If you have a dispute and go through the BVRLA, they will call in an lease inspector which is independent of the lease company which you have a dispute with.
In regards to our services, we are independent, in that we don't do any lease inspections for lease companies and are not beholden to them in any way. When you make use of our services, we are working on your behalf and our goal is to get the best outcome for you.
