Will my car be shiner if I have it paint sealed twice?

The vehicle's shine comes mostly from the polishing, which is done in preparation for the sealant's application. The vehicle will be incredibly shiny before we even apply the coating.

It does depend on the coating, we will probably apply it two coatings to ensure even coverage. So your car is likely to already be coated twice.

In the case of ceramic coatings, the sealant is very thin, because that's all it needs to make a surface so smooth that nothing can stick to it.

The fact of the matter is that you need a gloss meter beyond this to tell if a car is more shiny or not. We would be dealing with such small improvements that you wouldn't be able to perceive them. So although more polishing and more coating might improve the shine, it wouldn't be enough difference to make a difference, and it certainly wouldn't be worth the cost.
