  1. Authorisation: You let us know who will be paying and supply their contact details and purchase-order or claim reference.
  2. Administration Fee: We raise revised paperwork and liaise with the new payer for a flat £50.
  3. Approval & Continuation: Once written approval lands, we resume or complete the work without missing a beat.

Fees and Timelines

Finished vehicles must be collected within three calendar days of completion. After that, standard daily storage fees apply.

Partly-Dismantled Vehicles & Delays

If the car is already stripped down in our workshop and we are waiting on written approval, we reserve the right to charge storage. This keeps our bays free and your repair moving.
