Six Stage Headlight Polishing Video
Cloudy headlights can lead to an MOT failure, but aside from that they look dreadful. Having them polished up can help make your car look like new again.
In order for us to do this, we have to sand back the surface of the plastic with a coarse sandpaper, then we use a progressively finer grade, onto compounds and polished until the surface is perfectly shiny again. There are six stages in total.... but it's cheaper than a replacement headlight, you can't just buy a replacement lens as it comes as a complete unit which can be very expensive. Headlight polishing is a cost-effective solution. Finally, in order to prevent staining and oxidization in the future, we protect the headlight with a ceramic coating.
