All the gear, no idea! Our Water Leak Story Video
The story of how we became one of the world's few specialists in car water ingress.
We began drying cars because when we would shampoo the upholstery, customers didn't like getting their cars back wet. As we had a static site with a big building, we could have bulky equipment that mobile detailers couldn't fit into the back of a van which allowed us to specialize. We began working with insurance companies doing fire and flood damage cars and had to undergo the necessary training.
So when car were brought to us with leaks, we had all the gear for dealing with the problem, plus the expertise to tackle decontamination, so it seemed a logical step to add this service. However, it wasn't plain sailing. Drying cars is easy, as is decontamination. Even fixing the leaks is usually relatively straight-forward, it's finding the leaks which is often the difficult part. But now we have a load of equipment to do that too.
