This Volvo XC-40 came in for PCP contract inspection, checked according to the BVRLA standard - the car was mostly in good order.

The scratches were over one inch long, which means that they are not considered fair wear and tear, even though they were very light. We were able to buff out all of the scratches, which just left the issue of the wheels.

The recharge for a damaged wheel is comparable to the cost of having them repaired; however, there's usually a threshold of charges, under which they don't charge you. The cost of repairing two wheels should fall beneath this threshold now that all the scratches have been repaired. As long as the customer returns the car with the spare key, they should be in the clear.

The cost of replacing a spare key can be extremely expensive, so make sure you keep them safe.
