You bought a smelly car? Video
If you bought a car from a dealer or trader and shortly afterwards find out your car smells, what can you do?
It is highly likely that the dealer didn't know the car had an odour problem, or they might have valeted the car and thought the problem had been solved. However, giving the car a valet is seldom sufficient to remove odours and, depending on the nature of the contamination causing the odour, might require one of several different procedures.
Before seeking recourse from the dealership, it might be worth seeking professional advice about odour removal.
