The ObviousCould not recommend this outfit more highly! Knowledgeable, helpful and detail oriented. The name if the company could not be more fitting. Took in my Mercedes S500 Cabriolet with a cream top. Pretty good condition going in, nothing short of stunning when I picked it up. Spent the best part of a hour with the proprietor discussing the finer points of continued maintenance. They appear to treat every car as if it were their own. If I have one disappointment it’s that this review only allows 5 stars!! Top notch!

My Ford Fusion is now eleven years old and was badly in need of an interior clean. I was recommended to use New Again who on dropping in to book I found to be courteous and competent offering me an immediate service as they had had a no show. Today I collected my car and was impressed with the result and found they had gone beyond the agreed work at no extra cost.

Had a Problem with my soft roof top it was dirty and it had been re-dyed leaving patches which just looked awful. I could not find anyone that I trusted to fix it until I came across New Again on the website. They looked very sincere and I thought I'll give them a go. At first i was not happy with the result, I had a chat with Gary the owner and he soon fixed the problem with no hesitation. I also met Conner who looked after me and worked hard to wash all the dirt and dye off . Conner managed to clean it and reproof it..He gave me the best job that he can deliver. My sad soft roof top looks a lot better and I would recommend anyone wanting their car to look good again look no further. Just give New Again a call and they'll fix it for you. Thanks again to the New Again Team and good luck.

The interior valet was completed to the highest standard imaginable and, importantly, without any remaining unpleasant cleaning odour. The exterior looked absolutely incredible with the paintwork of my 9 year old car looking as though it had just come out of the showroom. All in all a fantastic job that has seriously added to the value of my vehicle. I can’t recommend the work carried out at New Again highly enough.

The service we received today was excellent - as with previous services provided. Our car, when collected was in immaculate condition and my wife and I were delighted. We have also been very impressed with the courtesy we always receive whenever we bring the car in for cleaning. We always recommend your firm to our friends. My Niece has been a customer of yours for a long time. Keep up the good work.
Exterior Contamination Removal | Get Contamination Off Before It Damages the Finish
Quality job done on my 10 year old car; included some good surprise extra bits of work done such as cleaning the car boot carpet, vacuuming out the interior, and cleaning the boot shut areas etc. Not cheap, but worth it as an occasional bit of car care if you like maintaining your car well and it looking good.
Interior Car Detailing Chelmsford | Bring Back That New Car Feeling
We had our family rounaround fully detailed and disinfected inside in light of the arrival of our newborn son. We were given multiple options and they made sure the chemicals used would be safe for baby. After getting the car back, I must admit I have never seen the interior so clean ever before, it looked like it just rolled off the assembly line and it is an 8 year old car. While the service was pricey, you do get what you pay for.

A 'good' friend of mine thought he would cheer me up by putting my mint condition MkI Golf through a car wash.
Afterwards the paint was covered in 'swirls' from the nylon brushes. Thank you Clean Image who restored the paint back to it's former glory!

The hood is as like new as an eleven year old fabric hood with plenty of wear can be - soft to the touch and with the colour pretty much restored. New Again were efficient and helpful in handling my initial enquiry and the price was better than I could get anywhere south of the river and I'm a long way south! Highly recommended.~ Google

My BMW had a lot of scratches on the paintwork and scuffs that made it look terrible. I was quoted a lot elsewhere but I am so glad I found New Again. I missed the feeling I had when I first got the car but now it looks just as it did when first bought and I have fallen back in love with it. It looks amazing and whenever anyone checks it out they don’t know about the previous damage. The team talked me through the work and made sure I understood the costs which was much appreciated. I cannot recommend New Again enough.
