Range Rover Velar covered in hardened exterior paint -- vandalism job for an insurance company. Paint in every gap, on the glass, under the trim. Solvents struggled to soften it. Cleaning, polishing, parts replaced (roof rails, mirror, badges, door handle), some panels resprayed at the body shop. Tom and Paul on it throughout. Came out spotless.

Matrix Black on two vans from the same customer -- 6 years and 250,000 miles apart. The first coat still doing its job when the second van came in.

Tom diagnoses a badly leaking Ford Fiesta with mould on the seats and multiple leak sources: a failed door membrane, perished tailgate rubber, and rear air vents pouring water. All four door membranes replaced, bumper removed to reseal the vents, three nights drying, interior clean and odour removal, then rain arch tested.

Mercedes SL500 Full Monty: hood clean + reproof, four-stage machine polish (upgraded from three due to bad swirling from grit-contaminated washing), drain flush, rubber conditioning. Rear plastic window clarity restored.

A Tesla returns one year after its Fireball Silla+ 5-year ceramic coating for a clean and review. The coating is performing exactly as expected -- deep gloss, hydrophobic effect intact, paint well-protected.

A Hyundai arrives as a non-starter -- rodent contamination throughout engine bay and cabin. Tom and Matt investigate: droppings, foam nibbled, nesting materials, and broken cables found with a flexible camera. Cable repaired, engine bay decontaminated, car leaves running.

A Porsche 911 Carrera with wash marks from years of hand car washing. Four-stage machine polish, then Fireball Silla+ 5-year ceramic and Helios Shield on the nose for stone chip protection.

A Saab 9-3 restoration over several weeks -- wheels refurbished, leather replaced and recoloured by Alan, headlights restored by Tom, dents removed by the dent man, four-stage polish by James, windscreen chip repaired, new plates and badge. Matrix Blue ceramic coating on paintwork, wheels and headlights. The owner is putting it up for TV work.

White emulsion paint spilled inside a 2021 Hyundai. Owner kept it wet with towels before bringing it in. Paint had spread under the back seat, rear trims, and into both rear footwells. Bench seat jet-washed, trims removed, dried over the weekend.

A 1985 Mercedes 280 TE estate -- water leak repaired, now in for the bodywork. 125,000 miles of swirl marks, bird etch, and dull chrome. Four-stage machine polish followed by wax. The colour transformation at the end is dramatic.
