5 year strength and durability, hydrophobicity, scratch resistance, with a matt finish.
Talk to us Talk to usThe only ceramic coating we apply that won't add a sheen to a matte or satin finish. The siloxane chemistry preserves your factory look exactly, and the resin fillers can reduce minor surface marks on matte panels - something no standard ceramic does. If you've invested in a matte, satin or wrapped finish, this protects it properly. 5-year warranty.
Scores are our team’s subjective assessments, based on direct workshop experience. They reflect how each coating compares against the others in our range — not against any external standard.
SC MATTE is the only ceramic coating we apply that doesn’t add a sheen. On matte and satin paint -- and on matte-wrapped cars -- that distinction matters: a standard ceramic would change the look of the finish entirely, which is precisely what you’re trying to avoid.
The siloxane chemistry protects without adding gloss, and the resin fillers in SC MATTE can reduce minor surface marks on matte panels -- something no standard ceramic does. Hydrophobic protection and colour depth, without a single point of gloss.

SC MATTE is for one customer: someone with a matte, satin, or wrapped finish who wants proper ceramic protection without compromising the look. If your car has gloss paint, this isn’t the coating for you -- any other product in our range will serve you better. If your paint is matte or satin, SC MATTE is the only one that will.
SC MATTE is a true ceramic coating -- it bonds chemically to the paint surface, resists environmental contamination, and provides lasting hydrophobic protection. The key difference: no gloss additives, and resin fillers that can reduce light surface marks on matte panels. SiRamik manufacture it; we apply it as trained professionals.
We highly recommend that you protect your new car with a speciality coating while the paintwork is new and highly polished. We have two sets of prices: one for new cars under 400 miles, and one for cars 2-3 years old as they will require our two-stage polish. For older cars, we have a four-stage machine polishing system.
For used cars. Price includes double machine polish, clay bar decontamination, exterior detail, panel preparation, and SC MATTE Ceramic Coating.

No -- SC MATTE is formulated specifically for matte, satin, and wrapped finishes. On gloss paint, any other coating in our range will give you better results. SC MATTE on gloss won’t look right and isn’t the best use of the product.
The resin fillers in SC MATTE can reduce the appearance of minor surface marks and light marring on matte panels -- that’s genuinely unusual for a ceramic coating. It isn’t a restorer for heavily damaged finishes, but light scuffs and surface contamination can improve noticeably after application.
The same way you should wash any matte finish -- pH-neutral shampoo, no wax, no polish, no machine polishing. SC MATTE makes the car easier to keep clean, but the rules for matte care still apply. Pressure washers are fine; abrasive products aren’t.
SiRamik guarantees 5 years, and we back that with our own transferable warranty. As with all our coatings, real-world use typically extends well beyond the official guarantee with sensible care.

All our ceramic coating and paint sealant packages include a thorough 2-stage machine polish, along with a clay-bar treatment and panel preparation to ensure the surface is clean and smooth. This is ideal for newer cars or well-maintained paintwork. If your car needs a bit more attention, upgrading to a 4-stage or even a full 6-stage correction is easy -- we’ll guide you through the best option for your vehicle’s condition.
| Machine Polish Upgrade | Prices |
|---|---|
| 4-Stage Machine Polish Upgrade | £195.00 |
| For moderately aged cars showing signs of age or moderate neglect. Our 4-stage system removes deeper swirl marks, oxidation, light scratches, and dullness. It restores depth and clarity to tired paintwork without the full intensity of a complete restoration. | |
| 6-Stage Machine Polish Upgrade | £345.00 |
| For older or neglected cars with heavily weathered, scratched, or oxidised paint. Starting with a heavy compound to level down deep scratches and heavy swirling, we progressively refine the finish through six stages to restore colour, depth, and mirror-like clarity. |
