The Fireball coating with the highest titanium content in the range - 2.5%+ TiO2, which does something most coatings don't: it reacts with UV light to break down organic contaminants before they can bond to the surface. Bird muck, pollen, tree sap - the chemistry starts working on them before you do. Built for coastal drivers, high-mileage commuters, and anywhere the air throws a lot at your car. 5-year warranty.

What 2.5% titanium actually does for your paintwork

A Tesla Model X back in after a year of heavy motorway use. It came in filthy; we gave it a wash and it looked like new. Tom said: “This shows the benefit of having a car coated -- it pays off in the long-run.”

Most ceramic coatings contain titanium dioxide; Silla+ contains more of it than anything else we apply -- 2.5%+. TiO2 reacts with UV light to break down organic contaminants before they can bond to the surface. Bird muck, pollen, tree sap -- the chemistry starts working on them before you do. On a standard ceramic, those contaminants sit until you wash them off. On Silla+, they’re already degrading.

The rest of what a ceramic gives you is here too -- the hydrophobic beading, the glass-hard protection against scratches and chemical fallout, the ease of washing. But the TiO2 is what sets Silla+ apart.

Is Silla+ the right coating for you?

Silla+ suits drivers who take a lot of punishment from the environment. If you live near the coast, park under trees, have a high-mileage commute, or your car sits somewhere with industrial fallout, Silla+ is the practical choice -- it works hardest in the conditions where standard ceramics struggle most.

Silla+ was formulated for durability under harsh conditions -- vehicles that sit near salt water, face chemical fallout, or spend long hours in the open. The 2.5%+ TiO2 is the highest in the Fireball range; the SiO2 base is glass-hard and hydrophobic. We apply it as certified Fireball installers.

What Silla+ delivers

  • 2.5%+ TiO2 -- the highest in the range -- reacts with UV to break down bird muck, pollen and tree sap before they can bond to the surface.
  • 5-year warranty -- backed by Fireball’s guarantee and our own no-fuss, transferable warranty.
  • Built for harsh conditions -- coastal environments, high-fallout areas, high-mileage use; where standard ceramics need more attention, Silla+ looks after itself.

I bought a new Mercedes Benz from a Mercedes dealership within the M25 6 weeks ago on collection of the car I thought it was clean and shiny. I made inquiries to have the paint protection and contacted new again I spoke to Garry and he gave me a full run down of the services and prices they offer, I decided on their flagship coating.I left the car with them and on collecting, I was amazed with the result as the car is black it now has a mirror look finish to it, the wheels and the glass where also done. Now the car looks better than when I collected it from the dealership. So I can highly recommend Garry and his team for service of 110% and care and attention.

Great service by Garry and his team. My car was not a standard Japanese export car but they did everything they could to do the best job possible. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the coating applied to the car. It certainly gives it that added bit of protection so if I do leave it longer than I should between washes it comes up great again. Great job.

Fireball Silla+ FAQs

How long does Silla+ last?

Fireball Silla+ carries a 5-year warranty. In practice, ceramic coatings regularly outlast their official guarantees -- the chemistry doesn’t switch off at the five-year mark. With reasonable care, particularly avoiding automated car washes, you can expect the coating to perform well beyond it.

What makes Silla+ different from other Fireball coatings?

The 2.5%+ TiO2 -- the highest of any coating we apply. That's not just a number: it means more photocatalytic self-cleaning than any other coating in our range. For drivers who face the most from the environment, Silla+ works hardest.

Who is Silla+ best suited for?

Drivers who take a lot from the environment: coastal locations, high-mileage commutes, parking near trees, industrial fallout. If your car is regularly exposed to contamination that a standard ceramic has to sit and wait on, Silla+ is the practical answer.

Will it make my car scratch-proof?

No coating makes paint scratch-proof. Silla+ is glass-hard and significantly more scratch-resistant than unprotected paint, but it sits on top of paint, which is still relatively soft. Think “resistant”, not “proof”.

Does my car need polishing before Silla+ goes on?

Yes, and it’s included. Every Silla+ application starts with a 2-stage machine polish and clay-bar decontamination. Ceramic coatings seal whatever is beneath them, so applying one over swirl marks or light scratches locks them in permanently. If your paintwork needs more attention, we offer 4-stage and 6-stage correction upgrades.
