Soft Top Cleaning & Protection | Convertible Roof Specialists Essex
Amazing company.I put my trust in Gary,Matt and Alfie, they did an amazing job of restoring my 22 year old Mercedes clk convertible.Their attention to detail is above and beyond ,giving me updated videos of work in progress.I recommend New Again highly,a first class caring service that’s rare to find these days
The ObviousCould not recommend this outfit more highly! Knowledgeable, helpful and detail oriented. The name if the company could not be more fitting. Took in my Mercedes S500 Cabriolet with a cream top. Pretty good condition going in, nothing short of stunning when I picked it up. Spent the best part of a hour with the proprietor discussing the finer points of continued maintenance. They appear to treat every car as if it were their own. If I have one disappointment it’s that this review only allows 5 stars!! Top notch!
Had a Problem with my soft roof top it was dirty and it had been re-dyed leaving patches which just looked awful. I could not find anyone that I trusted to fix it until I came across New Again on the website. They looked very sincere and I thought I'll give them a go. At first i was not happy with the result, I had a chat with Gary the owner and he soon fixed the problem with no hesitation. I also met Conner who looked after me and worked hard to wash all the dirt and dye off . Conner managed to clean it and reproof it..He gave me the best job that he can deliver. My sad soft roof top looks a lot better and I would recommend anyone wanting their car to look good again look no further. Just give New Again a call and they'll fix it for you. Thanks again to the New Again Team and good luck.
Amazing service!! My 15 year old car looked brand new once New Again worked their magic!! Can’t recommend enough especially if you have a cabriolet!!
Excellent customer Service and knowledge , did not expect my 15 year old BMW roof to come out looking brand new, to my delight it did ! Very happy with the work. Definitely glad I chose New Again. Will be using again should I need to in the future.
Great service, I keep a soft-top outdoors so for me the New Again service is a no-brainer. The hood looks great and water beads off. ~ Google
The hood is as like new as an eleven year old fabric hood with plenty of wear can be - soft to the touch and with the colour pretty much restored. New Again were efficient and helpful in handling my initial enquiry and the price was better than I could get anywhere south of the river and I'm a long way south! Highly recommended.~ Google
This company did an amazing job the roof looks brand-new and better than I expected. The company went over and beyond my expectations, cleaning the whole outside of the car and placing a paint protector which gave it a lovely shine. I highly recommend this company.
It looked like it had just come off the production line and 2 months later it still does. I highly recommend them as the job was way beyond my expectations and worth every penny. Really nice honest and skilled guys too.
Eddie O'DonoghueI’m very pleased with the result and will definitely be using their services again. All the people who I spoke to were very knowledgeable and happy to provide advise ...would definitely recommend.
I looked at my sad car (unwashed for 3months due to Covid) and having saved a bit of money by not going out, I thought why not invest in bringing my car back to life...I went for the hood restoration and Matrix Blue ceramic coating and not only was I really pleased with the results, but the service was second to none...It is honestly a joy to watch the rain bead off the car and when it’s been washed it looks amazing, I thoroughly recommend these guys and can’t wait to see the video of the work being carried out!
What a service that is considering the time they had. Hopefully it’s cured the problem but if not I’ll definitely take it back to the guys at new again as they go above and beyond to help. Guys any problems with your car or you need detailing do not hesitate to give these guys a call you won’t be disappointed at all top top place.
Outstanding work. My old smart cabriolet looks like new, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I collected it from New Again. The roof was cleaned and treated, new seals fitted on roof and doors and cleaned to perfection. Professional (but friendly), committed and reasonable service. Would recommend in a heartbeat. ~ Google
I took my mini in to have the hood and interior cleaned and sealed after a mould problem. They did an excellent job of making it look amazing, and, in the months that have passed, the hood seems perfectly sealed with no water leaks whatsoever. Absolutely excellent service.
I took my 14 year old convertible to have the hood cleaned and treated. When I saw it on the forecourt I went ‘Wow’ I am extremely pleased with the result and the advice Gary and Conner have for maintenance of it. Would thoroughly recommend.
Was recommended New Again for cleaning my roof and having the seals flushed through. When we collected the car we were taken aback how shinny the car, the wheels and how beautiful the roof was. Will definitely use again thank you to the boys that looked after my car. ~ Google

Very helpful staff. Cleaned my beige roof on my Beetle which I thought was beyond saving. They bought it up “New Again”, cannot recommend enough. Thank you.
New Again did a great job on my 2013 lime gold boxster, had the full monty with an upgrade to 8yr ceramic coating finish on body work and ceramic coating on the wheels.
Tom, Matt and Alfie were very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the best products for the best finish. Would certainly recommend them , well worth the journey from the midlands. Thank you.
