Smart Repair Essex | Dents, Scratches & Scuffs Fixed Without a Body Shop
Both Tom and Matt were really friendly, helpful and professional. I had initially wanted to get some scratches and dents repaired before returning my lease car, but they recommended getting an inspection instead. I gave the car back and have had no extra charges to pay, so the inspection was well worth the £80, as it saved me hundreds! Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From initial call to the company to collection of finished car, was total peace of mind and was a total pleasure to deal with Gary and his team. Everything was explained in detail and I was made sure that I understood what was being done. Regular updates with video footage to show progress on car. The end result was amazing and pardon the pun but car is as New Again - Smart repair on rear bumper amazing and the convertible roof is as new again. The paint bodywork is like a mirror and shows off the deep metallic grey of the paint. Thank you again Gary to you and the team. Amazing job

Very pleased with the service and help given about some chipped paintwork and scratches. Was recommended to purchase a touch up paint kit from Chipex. Gary carried out the necessary work and also demonstrated how to use the kit for touching up chipped paint work for future possible issues. Some initial buffing etc was required before applying the touch up paint this time. Happy to advise and help in the future.

Convertible Rear Window Rebonding Chelmsford | Glass Rebonded, No New Roof
Fantastic job done by Gary's team at New Again Ltd on my Audi convertible. Hood reproofed in October 2019, this time with a nano coating product. Definitely can see a difference - water beads off the surface of the fabric much more and doesn't appear to soak in. Always include an external valet after reproofing, you'll be very pleased with the results! Highly recommended.

David LeffWe would highly recommend their services …and will be a returning customer
Convertible Rear Window Rebonding Chelmsford | Glass Rebonded, No New Roof
Excellent service; price but mostly the people. Went in to get a convertible roof done and it was in a right state. They gave it 2+ clean services to scrub up to something decent and did a deal on protective coat price just because they thought it would help roof appearance.<br />Genuinely felt they cared and wanted to do a good job rather than just give the clean or paid for and leave it. I’ll be back in a heartbeat for anything similar.

Someone threw a plastic bottle with water inside at my car when I was driving - result scuffs and dent to bonnet, autoprotect would not deal with flat surfaces on bonnet - New Again resolved scuffs and found another dent, although difficult to get to dent (they even found another one) managed to remove dents and polish out 90% of scuffs, almost invisible to the naked eye, looks great, charged a fair and reasonable price, quick repair.
