Your car is booked in with New Again. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive.

Below you will find our terms and conditions, how our Fast Track approval process works, how long we will need your car, and directions to our workshop in Chelmsford.

What to expect when you get here

1. T&C: You will be asked to sign our terms and conditions -- we cannot take responsibility for electrical problems which may be caused by water damage.

2. Fast Track: We book you in with the assumption that you will want to go ahead and have the work done because most people do. So if you can give approval within two hours of us sending you the estimate, we will do just that. Otherwise, we will take the car out of the workshop and put it on standby for the next available slot in our workshop, or alternatively, you can rebook.

3. Timescale: We will usually need your car for 3-5 days to repair the leaks and dry the car.

Show us your car

Once you arrive, we ask you to show us your car, where you found water and when you think the leak is coming from. We will video this so that we have a record to reference. An example of this can be found in the video below. This customer wanted us to make their car like new again while we had the car. Should you want us to do any additional work on the car, this is the time to let us know.
