Here we are doing what we do best -- finding water leaks. Leaks like this can really be hard to track down, and it helps greatly if you have lots of experience and an arsenal of specialist equipment.
This leak will require some further investigation to figure out how to fix it. Seams in the bodywork are often waterproofed, but not always. Obviously, if the box section wasn't filling up with water, it wouldn't be leaking through, so if we have two opportunities to prevent this leak.
