An Audi Q2 arrived with broken glass in the interior: a window had gone in and shards had spread through the cabin. James and Tom removed all the glass fragments carefully, gave the car a thorough clean to make sure nothing was missed, and returned it with a courtesy wash. Glass embedded in upholstery or carpet can be a safety hazard and is not something you want to discover bare-footed later.
