A big congratulations to Gary Wray and Tom Petts, who have successfully completed their Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) qualification.
The training was delivered by ATH Training, and we’d also like to say a genuine thank you to both instructors, Lee and Stephanie, for the way they delivered the course.
We’re told Stephanie was especially impressive - really pushing the team, drilling them thoroughly, and making sure everything was properly understood and could be carried out quickly and efficiently. That kind of training matters when it counts.
Why It Matters
At New Again, we believe training should be practical, useful, and taken seriously. First aid skills can make a real difference in an emergency, and having qualified team members on site gives added confidence to both staff and customers.
Continuing to Improve
We’re also pleased to say that new defibrillators have now been ordered for the company, helping us strengthen our emergency preparedness even further.
We’re always looking for ways to improve standards across the business - whether that’s in specialist vehicle services, customer care, or health and safety.
Well done again to Gary and Tom on completing the course, and thank you again to Lee and Stephanie for helping make it such a worthwhile day.
