Car Water Leak Found Video Index

We thought we should share this video as it shows two leaks which are common to the Zafira which are not usually found on other cars.

Because of the freezing weather, we weren't happy with our initial inspection, so we checked again. This time we found a leak on the windscreen.

In this video James shows where the water is appearing on this Vauxhall Astra. It is pooling under the carpets on the driver's side.

This Insignia has water in the boot, which we traced to one rear vent, which is resulting in wet carpets throughout the car.

Modern cars are constructed by spot-welding the panels together. This is strong enough to hold your car together, but it doesn't make them waterproof, as the seams aren't welded all the way along.

This Vauxhall Corsa had two leaks, one of which was difficult to find. The first was fairly standard fare, it was leaking at the rear vents.

This Vectra had water getting into the cabin from under the dashboard making the carpets wet. By the time the car got to us it had quite a lot of water in it and was smelling damp.

The windscreen and three of the doors were leaking on this Vauxhall Astra.
