0:00 Just a quick video on the Astra. As you can see, we've got the driver's seat back out. We've sucked out as much water as we can from the foam, so we're going to put it on its drying procedure tonight. Obviously, when this one came in, we had the big freeze, so it was quite hard to do the water leak procedure.
0:19 We've checked all the bits and pieces we've done previously, which was in the boot, and it's all nice and dry. Passenger side's all nice and dry. It's just the driver's side. So we've had to have a look all up underneath the dashboard, all on the bulkhead, couldn't find anything, all inside here, couldn't find anything.
0:37 So I thought, just belt and braces, we're going to check the front window screen again. So what I've done is I've removed this trim here, and I've removed this bit of trim here. So what we're going to do is we're going to spray some bubble solution just on this area here. And then if I go on the inside and spray air to that section, so we just quickly get the old air line out. Air line up behind the front string, and if we just spray that a little tiny bit, we can
1:29 see that there's a big hole between the sealant, between the window screen and the bodywork. And so that would obviously be causing the leak there. And so there we go, so that would be explaining why it's getting wet on the driver's side. It's possible when we last done the screen check, because they were frozen, obviously it didn't reveal it, because we found the water leaks on the back by the grommets being iced up. So there we go.
