This Lexus IS300h had accumulated wash marks from regular washing. The metallic paint had lost its depth and looked flat. James ran a two-stage machine polish -- enough to remove the wash marks and restore the clarity of the finish without overdoing it.

Once the paint is polished, the depth of the metallic comes back completely: all the shimmer and the fleck that makes a metallic paint look alive rather than grey. A good polish can make a car look better than when it left the showroom. The customer could see it immediately.
