Range Rover Velar covered in hardened exterior paint -- vandalism job for an insurance company. Paint in every gap, on the glass, under the trim. Solvents struggled to soften it. Cleaning, polishing, parts replaced (roof rails, mirror, badges, door handle), some panels resprayed at the body shop. Tom and Paul on it throughout. Came out spotless.

A Porsche 911 Carrera with wash marks from years of hand car washing. Four-stage machine polish, then Fireball Silla+ 5-year ceramic and Helios Shield on the nose for stone chip protection.

A Saab 9-3 restoration over several weeks -- wheels refurbished, leather replaced and recoloured by Alan, headlights restored by Tom, dents removed by the dent man, four-stage polish by James, windscreen chip repaired, new plates and badge. Matrix Blue ceramic coating on paintwork, wheels and headlights. The owner is putting it up for TV work.

A 1985 Mercedes 280 TE estate -- water leak repaired, now in for the bodywork. 125,000 miles of swirl marks, bird etch, and dull chrome. Four-stage machine polish followed by wax. The colour transformation at the end is dramatic.

Machine polishing a Ford for a lease return -- coarse compound to cut scratches down, finer stages to finish, wax to seal. The aim is acceptable condition, not perfection.

Volvo XC90 lease return. Rear scratch polished out with machine polish and touch-up paint -- cheaper than a respray and cheaper than accepting the recharge.

Deep scratches too severe for polishing alone treated with wet sanding first to level the surface, then machine polished back to gloss. The result is a significant improvement without respraying.

A brand new Mercedes EQC 400 electric SUV. Owner asked not to wash it before arrival. Touchless degreaser wash, full machine polish by James, graphene coating + glass ceramic. Gary notes the complex alloy wheels and trim damage risk from harsh chemicals.

Audi SQ5 for graphene coating -- the owner's third car with us. Previous ceramic on wife's car, then his own (neighbour bought it), now this. Ex-demo, clay-decontaminated, machine-buffed, graphene on body and alloys. "Newer than it was when it came out the factory."

Jaguar S-Type V8 that had been stored under a sheet -- sandpaper-rough, cobwebs inside, opaque headlights. Four-stage polish by James brought all the character lines back. Upgraded to graphene coating. Owner interview a year later: two washes, 5,000 miles, "oh yeah" pleased.

A Kia with 18,000 miles on a four-year lease -- inspected to BVRLA standards. Gary walks around every panel on camera in the rain, gives the customer a full video record, then gets on with the repairs while she goes into town. Real cost numbers throughout.

An MX5 that came in for a hood clean and left with two water leaks repaired, the interior decontaminated, and a cosmetic repair on the driver's door. James narrates. The two notorious MX5 leak points: scuttle clips and rear brake light. Five MX5s came in within two months -- three of them black.

A Maserati brought in to tidy up for sale -- a friend of Paul, one of Gary's long-term customers. Rear bumper damage to Kraftwork, new rear light Gary fitted himself, two nearside wheels refurbished on-site, headlights mismatched (one replaced previously), six-stage on the bad one and three-stage on the good one to match. Four-buff, 18-month coating. The owner wasn't sure he wanted to sell it by the end.

BMW 3 Series with accumulated wash marks polished out in a two-stage machine process by James. The metallic colour comes back to life. Finished with a 12-month ceramic coating.

Cabriolet hood cleaned with mechanical brushes and hot high-volume rinse, dried, then sealed with two-year nano-coating. Krytox on all door rubbers. Scuttle gutters cleared. Two-stage polish and Matrix Blue ceramic on the bodywork.

Lexus IS300h with wash marks polished out in a two-stage machine process. The metallic depth comes back completely.

Mercedes AMG convertible: hood clean with drain flush and Krytox, paintwork correction on scuffs and scratches from storage. Machine polish removed most scratches -- better result than expected.
