The Astra GTE had some surface rust on the sill that needed addressing before the paint was polished. The car was polished all over, then coated with Fireball Super Hydrophobic -- a polymer-based coating that we rate very highly for shine and water repellency. When it rains, the water rolls off and takes most of the dirt with it. You end up washing the car about half as often, and when you do wash it, the cleaning is easy.
