0:00 Okay, we've got a B-Max 2013 in today for our water leak procedure, and so we're just going to show you what we've found so far. So the customer actually dropped something down the side of the seat; as she went under to pick it up, she noticed that it was damped down underneath the seat. So what we've done is we've pulled up the carpet, and if we have a quick look now we can see a discolouration on the bulkhead sand deadening. If we give this a squeeze, we can see that that's
0:26 soaking wet. So that's wet there, and if you look on the inside, this is all wet as well, so all of this underlay is soaking wet. The problem this can cause is it can cause electrical faults, as well as it can obviously go mouldy and stagnant, and it can cause a nasty smell. And so obviously this won't dry with the carpet down; it would obviously all have to be pulled up and wet fact out, and then obviously our super dryer would go in the car
0:54 to obviously dry it all out. And we can see that the wiring loom on this one is actually run down the side, not actually run down in the foot well. So we're just gonna show you what's going on. So my colleague's just gonna obviously put some water down the back of this door.
1:09 So we need to shut this door, and then I need to get inside with a tablet. So it should fall out the bottom of the door. But if we look closely, we can see that it's running out through the bottom of the door. So that's that one now. So what that would then cause is, it would cause it to land on this bit of rubber here, then it would build up, and then it would then work its way into the car.
1:33 So just to show you, obviously we've got a dry hand. It's a little bit tight down here. So if I just put my hand down there and give it a squeeze, so we can see that it's wet under there as well. So we've got, it's wet in the driver's front, driver's rear. The passenger front and rear seems to be nice and dry.
1:53 Before we then come to the back, my colleague's just going to pour some water on the back of this bumper, because behind this bumper you've got a rear air vent, and this is our little flexi camera. So we can see the air vent now, and as he's pouring water on it, you can see that the water is passing through the centre of the air vent. So we can just see it just here, tripling in. And then what that's going to do is it's going to get all
