Here we have a Ford transit connect which come in for our water leak procedure.
The water was collecting under the driver's seat in the foot well it was a tricky one to find this is why we had to simulate the van driving down the road and as you can see there is an ingress of water through two holes and under further inspection a clip was broke and missing what was allowing water to pass through. It was only a tiny bit of water coming through, but the customer does minimum 100 mile a day so as you can imagine a teaspoon will soon turn into a bucket of water, so we have cleaned resealed and now there is no ingress of water.
