Ford Transit Connect 2017 | Another Water Leak

0:00 OK, so now we're on a little bit of a sneaky one. I found this one while I was testing the rear lights, and I believe it's the rear seam. So I'm going to show you obviously the seam. So what you can just vaguely see in the camera there, the little, obviously the line, that line is the seam, which obviously makes everything sill.

0:26 So there we go, so we've got the seam line now. Now what I'm going to do is I'm just going to put a tiny bit of water down the outside of the seam, and you should, there we go, so we can see that there is water coming in that seam every time I squeeze my bottle.

0:46 So that will need obviously resealing as well, because that's filling up the box section. And just to show you, so all I'm doing is I'm just squeezing a little bit of water there, and then it's coming in. So there we go. So we've got two rear air vents and we've got a welded seam as well. I would recommend possibly doing an hours investigation when we have the rear bumper off and the lights out, and just to make sure that no other seams are leaking. And I believe that's all we've found so far.
